Shenning Investments Private Limited is a Licensed Fund Management Company in Singapore regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
We are a fund manager specialising in providing investment solutions to family offices, institutions and sophisticated investors worldwide.
We manage private equity funds, investments in multiple asset classes, and offer proprietary access to investment opportunities on our VCC platform.

Our Team
Ng Chee Yuen
Director and Chief Executive Officer
Chee Yuen has over forty years of experience in building businesses, private equity fund management, family office investments, strategy consulting, and in government service. This includes over twenty-five years spent in the U.S., Europe, China, and the Middle East.
Prior to starting Shenning Investments, Chee Yuen managed the Asian Private Equity Direct Investments for a Saudi family office. He also spent six years at Bain & Company.

Chee Yuen is the Chairman of NTUC First Campus Cooperative and a Director of NTUC Health. He was also Co-Chairman of Capella Hotel Group.
Chris Khoo
Development
Chris is a Project Development and Management professional with extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial projects in various Asian countries, including Singapore, China and Malaysia.
During his tenure as a board member and General Manager at Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment & Development Co. Ltd, Chris specialised in project development and marketing of high-end residential and commercial projects. While at the Ascott Group, he was in charge of the entire property development process of multiple serviced apartments.
Jacinta Kam
Investment Finance & Compliance
Jacinta has over twenty years of accounting experience in the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining Shenning, she acquired extensive experience in corporate and fund accounts preparation, treasury, and cash flow management at Ares Management Corporation and Crescent Point Group.
Jacinta has helped manage financial accounting for consumer-focused private equity funds with a geographic focus in China and Southeast Asia for sophisticated individuals and institutional investors.
Alice Liu
Investments
Alice is a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years of experience in commercial and private banking across Asia. As General Manager of Harvest Management Fund in Zhe Jiang, she specialised in structuring and managing multi-generational wealth for high-net-worth families and enterprises.
During her tenure at HSBC and Hang Seng Bank, Alice led high-value client portfolios, driving strategic asset allocation and delivering consistent returns. She also spearheaded cross-border investment initiatives, leveraging her expertise in risk management, wealth preservation, and bespoke financial solutions for investors.
Alice holds an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and is an active member of the China Listed Company Club.
Eddy Lim
Investments
Eddy is a real estate investment professional with experience across various global markets, including Japan, China, India, Singapore and Australia.
Over the years in Partners Group and Frasers Hospitality, Eddy's roles and responsibilities involved direct real estate transactions, deal sourcing, joint ventures, and asset management. He has covered investments in industrial, logistics, office, hotel and retail asset classes.
Bella Zou
Investments
Bella is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in consulting and auditing, bringing expertise across multiple industries.
At McKinsey & Company, she served as a Capabilities & Insights Analyst within the Strategy & Corporate Finance Team, where she contributed to high-impact projects at the intersection of strategy and corporate finance. Her work supported clients in areas such as value creation, due diligence, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations, spanning sectors including healthcare, technology, industrial, and global energy markets. Prior to McKinsey, Bella was an Auditor at Ernst and Young.

Jane Toh
Finance, Compliance & IT
Jane has over thirty years’ experience in the financial services industry, ranging across banking, insurance, financial planning, finance operations and fund management.
During her years with Great Eastern Life’s subsidiaries and financial advisory firms, Jane has helped private clients with their wealth and legacy planning, and advisory on financial instruments. She oversaw finance and IT operations during the previous tenure with Digital Space and Evia iSolutions.
